Guide Application - It's Back!

E-mail Print PDF

Heya everyone, well here it is, back by popular demand. There's been some changes implemented to the application process, as you can now see it's been broken up into two stages. This is in an effort to try and drop the personal 1 on 1 review which was making the process longer, and try to include it into the application process itself.

Now before we all run off and try to just submit a stage two application to effectively make your application move quicker, you can't i'm affraid. Stage two of the application can only be completed if there is a record of the 1st stage in the system. Once we've recieved your stage 1 application, and have reviewed this we will email you at the  submitted address requesting that you return and complete stage 2.

Please note that we will only hold onto stage 1 applications for two weeks (14 days) from the date you are emailed with a request to complete stage 2. Any stage 1 applications older than 14 days will be denied and deleted from the system.

We have also revised the way in which we will handle the applications on our end. One of the issues pointed out often, was communication. Now users will be updated via email as their application advances through the process, so they wont feel like they're in limbo so please keep checking your inboxes.

Alternatively another feature added to the system to help with communication, is a search function that users can use to check the progress of their application.  Some times emails get lost, or people no longer check the email address they used for the application itself. So with this, you can check its current status,  and pending what the status is, which email inbox you were emailed to with additional information. To use this feature, click on the Guide Application link, then on the sub menu item "check your status", input the email address you applied with, Et Viola.

With that said,

Good Luck!
